This Personal Data Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Privacy Policy) applies to all information that a WHList site located on the whlist.net domain name (as well as its subdomains) can obtain about a user when using the whlist.net site (as well as its subdomains), its programs and its products.

1.1.5. «WHList» Site User (hereinafter referred to as the User) is a person who has access to the WHList site via the Internet and uses information, materials and products of the WHList site.
1.1.7. "Cookies" is a small piece of data left by the web server and stored on the user's computer; the web client or web browser sends the web servers in an HTTP request each time, trying to open a page of the corresponding site.
1.1.8. «IP address» is a unique network address of a node in a computer network through which the User gains access to the City of Flowers residential complex.

2.1. Use of the WHList site by the User means agreement with this Privacy Policy and the terms of processing of the user's personal data.
2.2. In case of disagreement with the terms of the Privacy Policy, the User must stop using the WHList website.

2.4. The Administration does not verify the accuracy of the personal data provided by the User.
3. Subject of privacy policy
3.1. This Privacy Policy establishes the Administration's obligations to non-disclose and ensure the confidentiality protection regime of personal data that the User provides at the request of the Administration when registering on the WHList website or during a subscription to the newsletter.
3.2. Personal data authorized for processing under this Privacy Policy is provided by the user by completing forms on the WHList website and includes the following information:

3.4. Any other personal information not conditioned above (visit history, browsers used, operating systems, etc.) is subject to reliable storage and non-proliferation, except for the cases provided for in paragraphs. 5.2. of this Privacy Policy.
4. Purposes of collecting personal information of the user
4.1. The Administration may use the user's personal data for the purpose of

4.1.2. Providing the User with access to personalized WHList site data.
4.1.3. Installing feedback with the User, including sending messages, requests for use of the WHList site, processing requests and requests from the user.

5.4. The Administration takes the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the user’s personal information from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other unlawful actions of third parties.
5.5. The Administration, together with the User, takes all necessary measures to prevent losses or other negative consequences caused by the loss or disclosure of the user’s personal data.
6. Rights and obligations of the parties
6.1. User entitled:
6.1.1. Make a free decision to provide your personal data necessary for the use of the WHList website and agree to their processing.
6.1.2. Update, supplement the information provided about personal data in the event of a change in this information.
6.1.3. The user has the right to receive information from the Administration on the processing of his personal data, unless such right is limited in accordance with federal laws. The User has the right to demand that the Administration clarify his personal data, block it or destroy it if the personal data is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, illegally obtained or is not necessary for the stated purpose of processing, as well as take measures provided for by law to protect his rights. To do this, just inform the Administration at the specified address.
6.2. Administration shall:
6.2.1. Use the information received solely for the purposes specified in paragraph 4 of this Privacy Policy.
6.2.2. Ensure that confidential information is kept secret, not disclosed without the prior written permission of the user, and not sell, exchange, publish or disclose by other possible means the user’s personal data transferred, with the exception of paragraphs. 5.2. of this Privacy Policy.
6.2.3. Take measures to protect the confidentiality of the user's personal data in accordance with the procedure usually used to protect this type of information in existing business transactions.
6.2.4. Block personal data related to the relevant user from the moment the user requests or requests, or his legal representative or authorized body for protecting the rights of personal data subjects for the period of verification, in the event of discovery of false personal data or unlawful actions.

7.1. An administration that has not fulfilled its obligations is liable for losses incurred by the user in connection with the misuse of personal data in accordance with the law, except for the cases provided for in paragraph. 5.2. and 7.2. of this Privacy Policy.
7.2. In the event of loss or disclosure of Confidential Information, the Administration shall not be liable if this confidential information:

7.8. The administration is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses that occur through: use or inability to use the site or individual services; unauthorized access to user communications; statements or behavior of any third party on the site.
7.9. The Administration is not responsible for any information posted by the user on the WHList site, including, but not limited to: copyrighted information without the express consent of the copyright owner.
8, dispute resolution
8.1. Before filing a claim in court for disputes arising from the relationship between the User and the Administration, it is mandatory to present a claim (a written proposal or an electronic proposal for a voluntary settlement of the dispute).
8.2. The claimant shall, within 30 calendar days of receipt of the claim, either in writing or electronically, inform the claimant of the outcome of the claim.
8.3. If an agreement is not reached, the dispute will be submitted to the Arbitration Court. Kyiv.
8.4. Current legislation applies to this Privacy Policy and the relationship between the User and the Administration
9. additional conditions
9.1. The Administration has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the user's consent.
9.2. The new Privacy Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted on the WHList website, unless otherwise provided by the new edition of the Privacy Policy.
